Back 4 Good are receiving a solid interest from Construction workers overseas and in particular we have had interest from a mix of construction professionals and craftspeople in the UK.
Those considering returning home are keen to meet employers with details of the roles on offer with relevant job descriptions and specifications .They are also keen to discuss locations in and out of Dublin with many keen to return home to their own Town,Village or County.
Other factors under consideration include Education and Healthcare which of course depend on the location of the job .
Most potential returnees we have talked to this week are also keen to ensure that their partner is considered for a role that matches their skill set as if the decision is made to return home we have discovered that the vast number of potential returnees are in family units and as such a key factor in bringing this talent home is to present a complete ” family package “
The good news is that there is plenty of opportunities in the Irish labour market the tricky part is to match location, accommodation and schools to each returnee.
