As Ireland suffers from an acute shortage in all sectors Back 4 Good – Your future in Ireland has commenced its “Home for the holidays? Why not stay?” campaign with a particular focus on key areas that are suffering major shortages.
The campaign will target skilled professionals in many locations throughout the globe and will work with our representatives in our 135 cities with targeted messages that will make the diaspora aware of the roles available currently and will also focus on the challenges to be faced if you decide to live and work in Ireland.
These challenges included rising property prices, a shortage to rental accommodation, high tax rates in comparison to other locations, healthcare waiting lists and more.
Back 4 Good strongly hold the view that potential returnees must be given independent advice on these issues so that they can make an informed decision on taking up opportunities in Ireland.

Communicating with the Irish Diaspora is a key element of Ireland’s Diaspora policy, ,however we await any real support and commitment at Government level for our unique approach towards talent sourcing.

In the Irish context we are concerned that from our experience we are finding that large number of skilled non-irish professionals working in Ireland are working in roles that do not fully utilise their skills with ESRI data confirming this.
Back 4 Good are involved in a number of xmas campaigns across our locations and are delighted to see the reach that our brand is achieving.
