Back 4 Goodworking with our Banking partner are looking for a number of candidates for opportunities coming on stream in early 2025.

These  roles will allow you to take  the first step towards building a career in the banking industry .

The positions are available in a number of locations in Dublin Cork Kerry and Belfast .

The roles would be suitable for recent graduates or individuals who have an interest in working in Finance .

You will demonstrate a strong commitment to customer services

Commuicate effectively with customers and colleagues .

Be a strong team player and understand the importance of dealing with others .

You will achieve team agreed service standards working with customers to provide suitable product offerings .

Take responsibility for completing tasks and contribute to problem solving .

Complete MCC accreditation within probation period .

You should have Business Related Honours Level 8 Degree (2.2 grade ) or 360 points awarded in the leaving cert.

While not essential previous experience in financial services would be an advantage .
