The right individual will be educated to degree level or have equivalent work experience .<\/p>\n<p>. Have a wide range of communications experience including digital, media ,print and marketing skills.<\/p>\n<p>. A good understanding of community engagement and ability to advise on reaching local audiences ,and stakeholder engagement is required .<\/p>\n<p>.
