Back 4 Good<\/strong> are delighted with the success of our ” Post a Job ” campaign which has resulted in a great mix of roles and positions.<\/p>\n

We are particularly \u00a0delighted with the innovative approach our partners are taking towards supporting our users in their quest to return home to their own town, village or county .<\/p>\n

Most of our partners will discuss relocation allowances with selected candidates and are also looking into offering additional benefits to new employees to make the transition into Ireland less difficult.<\/p>\n

Our campaign has recently received significant interest from the Legal profession in Ireland and from companies looking to address acute skills shortages in this sector .<\/p>\n

Indeed the lack of qualified Lawyers in Ireland is halting and delaying major cases in the Irish courts and these skills \u00a0shortages are due to pay cap offered by the state to newly qualified Lawyers .<\/p>\n

One such role is for a Legal Counsel in the Financial services sector .This role involves the provision of legal advice to the client’s Operations team and the commercial Real Estate Team \u00a0and internal contacts .<\/p>\n

If you want to start in a support role in the Legal sector we have an excellent position for a Paralegal Contracts Executive which involves various tasks including preparation of all legal contracts,assisting in drafting ,legal review and negotiation of a wide range of agreements and contracts .You will assist in Internal investigations and work with HR and compliance function .<\/p>\n

You will need a Third level qualification preferably in a legal or business discipline with 2 years experience in a relevant role .<\/p>\n

Another interesting role on offer is for a legal Administrator to assist the Corporate Secretary with all aspects of preparation associated with the role.You will require experience in a multinational legal department and have strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills.<\/p>\n
