Here at Osborne we are looking for a Temporary Administrative Coordinator, This Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for administrative services that contribute to our clients Business Development function and Leadership and Management unit
Main Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive administrative support for programme delivery, including bookings, invoicing, marketing, logistics, materials, and event coordination.
Liaise with internal teams, specialists, and clients to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
Maintain accurate records, produce reports, and support quality assurance processes.
Assist in venue procurement, registration management, catering arrangements, and production of event materials.
Oversee invoicing, purchasing, and adherence to systems and branding protocols.
Support the scheduling and marketing of departmental events and courses.
Respond professionally to client enquiries, maintaining data accurately in CRM and other systems.
Contribute to process improvement, system maintenance, and staff training.
Experience needed:
Leaving Certificate or equivalent (essential); diploma or professional qualification (desirable).
Minimum three years’ experience in a varied administrative role.
Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual delivery platforms.
Experience in coordinating events, managing records, and supporting programme delivery.
Skilled in communication, problem-solving, and customer service with excellent attention to detail.
