Finance Manager

At Osborne we are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager, a pharmaceutical company based in South Dublin, to support financial operations within a regulated, fast-paced environment. This role will play a key part in financial planning, reporting, and compliance, working closely with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis, providing insights to support business performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to support cost control and investment decisions
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior finance team members where applicable

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in industry, ideally within pharmaceuticals or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, reporting, and compliance in a regulated environment
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
