Temporary Accounts Technician
A well-established distribution company based in Bray is currently seeking a Temporary Accounts Technician to support the finance team during a busy period.
The role will focus on clearing a backlog and providing hands-on support across day-to-day accounts functions.
For you:
• Location: Bray
• Contract: Temporary
• Rate: €18.01 per hour
• Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting the team with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Processing supplier invoices and reconciling statements
• Managing customer invoicing and allocations
• Assisting with backlog clearance and high-volume transactions
• General accounts administration and finance support as required
Requirements:
• Previous experience in an accounts/finance role
• Accounting technician qualification or equivalent
• Strong working knowledge of AP and AR
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
