A global leader in alcoholic beverages is looking for a Social Performance Lead to shape and elevate their social media strategy across multiple iconic brands.
This is a strategic, high-impact role where you’ll:

• Lead social media initiatives across beer and liquor brands globally
• Define and implement best practices and operational standards
• Partner with markets and agencies to create social-first content rooted in consumer insight and data
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all channels
• Measure, report, and continuously improve social performance

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years’ experience in social media or marketing, ideally in CPG or beverage alcohol
• Strong digital knowledge and ability to influence stakeholders
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Data-driven with a focus on performance and results
• Energetic, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
