Educational Manager, Non For Profit, Dublin 2, Hybrid , 4 day week 50-60k pro rata
The Educational Manager is a key member of the Senior Management Team, reporting directly to the CEO. This role leads the strategic development, management and delivery of our Relationship Education services nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and management of our two Relationship Education services:
Relationship & Sexuality Education (RSE) for children, adolescents and parents
Marriage Education and Preparation for adults (18+) and couples preparing for married life
Develop a three-year sustainable non-profit social enterprise strategy for The Education Centre, in collaboration with the CEO, Financial Controller and Senior Management Team, for presentation to the Board of Trustees
Conduct market research, SWOT analysis and identify gaps and opportunities to design, pilot and roll out new Relationship Education services, events and products
Develop and implement a promotion and engagement strategy in partnership with PR and Digital Marketing providers
Lead and support a team of 25 Relationship Education Facilitators, with operational support from a team of 5 management and coordination staff, ensuring high standards and best practice delivery
Contribute to and oversee the annual service budget in collaboration with the Financial Controller
Ensure all services operate in line with Irish national curriculum guidelines, organisational policies and best practice standards
Act as Second Designated Liaison Person (DLP) for the RSE service when required, in accordance with Children First legislation and Relationship Care’s dual reporting policy
Salary & Benefits
Salary: €50,000 – €60,000 (Full Time Equivalent), commensurate with experience
Pension: Employer contribution of 7% to PRSA following successful completion of 6-month probation
Essential Experience
Minimum 5–7 years’ experience working in education, relationship education, family support, counselling, or a related social care field
Proven experience in a management or leadership role, ideally within a non-profit, education, health or community-based organisation
Demonstrated experience leading and supporting multidisciplinary teams, including facilitators, educators or practitioners
Experience in programme development, quality assurance and service delivery across multiple sites or regions
Strong understanding of Irish education frameworks, including the national RSE curriculum and best practice standards
Experience working within governance, compliance and safeguarding frameworks, particularly under Children First legislation
